What does the PCA do?

The PCA provides a hub for our members to explore a wide array of progressive business models and frameworks. These include systems thinking; behavioural science/nudge, alternative dispute resolution (ADR); restorative justice; organisational development; positive psychology; appreciative inquiry, emotional intelligence; principled negotiation; non-violent communication and many others.

Who is the PCA for?

The PCA brings together HR professionals, OD and culture change practitioners, business leaders, HR consultants, mediators, coaches, facilitators, academics, and many others. We offer two levels of membership: memberPRO and corporate partner

The Mediation and Resolution Network (MARN)

The People and Culture Association runs the MARN Network on behalf of The TCM Group. The MARN network is a network of over 300 organisations which have adopted mediation, and restorative justice into their HR policies and and management processes. It also supports organizations which have integrated a Resolution Framework™ as their preferred system for resolving complaints, concerns, conflicts and conduct issues at work.

As a global think tank, a principal aim of The People and Culture Association is to generate and disseminate high quality research, data and evidence to support business leaders, people managers, HR professionals and practitioners.
